The CMM students had to do an assignment(I figure) where they have to create a video of them lip dubbing to songs..IN ONE CONTINUOUS TAKE. We all know videos require numerous takes, cause sometimes somewhere people mess up &everything. But here, they can’t afford to make mistakes luh, cause if one screws up, they have to record &reshoot all over again from scratch. So. IN ONE CONTINUOUS TAKE LEI. So everybody was moving about &everythingggg it’s damn cool luh. The end product

Come to think of it…quite true. I don’t care about forming proper sentences anymore. It’s been long gone since I started nursing. It’s easier to speak singlish. Eh. Not inner minah rep. Inner true blue Singapolean! A mix of engrish, malay &cheena. &anyways we’re constantly shaped by our surroundings. &what’s the most significant, &influential surrounding for me like over the past years?? THE HOSPITAL, OF COURSE. Nobody cares how well you speak in the hospital. For us nurses that is. As long as you’re understooded(I mean, you can be understood), &you don’t serve wrong drugs to your patients.

But I still wanna be a writer though:PPPPPPP I’m sure I can still channel the English-Speaking shit in me. HAHA MACAM P. Though that’s not necessary. Cause I grew up reading English novels written by English people, so I felt I must write like them. Now I figure, it’s to stop trying to copy them, &to start writing LIKE ME. &THIS IS HOW I WRITE. I know I’ll have to up myself, but for now I’m content:)))

I have a feeling my grandparents are having more fun than I do..(they’re at JB AGAIN) &this is my so-called year break. PFFT. Even Lina’s getting ready for gym, &then I’ll be here, alone at home. With the cats. Speaking of which, I thought this morning Momster did whacked me butt with the laptop(mine’s the old, ancient, thick laptop). But acherli, it was just Babat Boy. Springing on me.(I was on the sofa.) So that’s how I got up today luh.
